Shipping Policy
Orders are processed and shipped from Michigan.

Standard Shipping: $8, with an estimated transit time of 3–5 business days after shipment.

Express Shipping: $15, with an estimated transit time of 1–2 business days after shipment.

Free Standard Shipping: Available on U.S. orders of $70 or more.

Processing time is separate from shipping time. Because many Jamz 3D products are 3D printed or made to order, processing times may vary by item. Custom or personalized orders may require additional production time.

Once an order has shipped, tracking information will be provided when available. Jamz 3D is not responsible for carrier delays, but if your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us at info@jamz3d.com and we will help resolve the issue.
